Biography:

Adam Simpson studied at Edinburgh College of Art and the Royal College of Art in London. His work encompasses a mixture of commissioned projects and self initiated work - always with a strong emphasis on drawing.

Adam has contributed to major exhibitions and book fairs in London, New York, Edinburgh and Bologna, as well as numerous Japanese art museums. His work has been shortlisted for a British Design Award and in 2009 he was included in the Art Directors Club Young Guns awards.

He has also lectured on art and design degree programs in the UK, including the University of Derby and the University of Plymouth.

Other experiences include a placement at Rhode Island School of Design in America and the painting of a 60ft mural in his hometown of Leicester.

Adam now works from his studio in North London on both commercial and self initiated projects.
